Wonderful Community!

I first learned about OPS with Fran's posts. I was hooked! Learning it has certainly been a process... I still have much to learn for sure, but I thoroughly enjoy speaking with and interacting with the wonderful community built on Facebook and I've attended some of the live trainings thus far.
